In 2012, Greg & Rosemary Baugher purchased property on Maine Street in their hometown of Windsor, Illinois to start their own insurance agency after selling crop insurance for over 15 years. In 2013, their daughter, Drew, decided to join them at the agency. The following year, they acquired Equity Insurance Group to help grow the home, auto, and commercial side of the business.  Once licensed, Drew took on the home, auto, and commercial clients of Equity Insurance Group and began learning the ropes of crop insurance. 

Drew Warf was born and raised right here in Windsor, Illinois. After high school, she attended Lake Land College for two years as an Ag Business major and then went on to graduate from Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor's degree in management. She then worked in retail for a few years before joining the insurance agency.

In 2016, Lindsey Richter joined the agency as a licensed agent. Also born and raised in Windsor, Lindsey attended Lake Land College after high school and then transferred to Eastern Illinois University where she ultimately earned a Master of Science degree. After spending a few years working in the health field, she was excited to be back in her hometown and explore a new career in insurance. 

In 2024, after eleven years of working to grow the agency, Drew & Lindsey were given the opportunity to purchase Equity Insurance Group which they now own together as business partners. Their friendship far precedes the insurance agency though, dating back to age six when they could be seen cruising the lawn together in a Barbie jeep. Drew and Lindsey look forward to continue working side-by-side meeting the insurance needs of their hometown and surrounding communities with 19 years of combined insurance experience. Greg continues to sell and service crop insurance at the agency with his 25 years of experience. Drew and her husband, Dustin, live near Windsor with their daughters, Scarlett & Nelle. Lindsey and her husband, Ben, live near Sullivan with their three boys, Eli, Sam, & Silas.
